In the Ottawa River, below Parliament Hill, just of the western end of Stirling's Wharf (a.k.a. the Ottawa Locks Wharfage), in Ottawa, Ontario.

This 102.5' tugboat was built in 1840 and burned to the waterline and sank on November 5, 1870, while her captain was drinking at the lockmaster's house.
This site is part of the Nation's Capital Underwater Park.
