In the Ottawa River, below Parliament Hill, just of the western end of Stirling's Wharf (a.k.a. the Ottawa Locks Wharfage), in Ottawa, Ontario.

This rectangular barge, constructed in 1873, sprang a leak and sank in 1930 next to the Otter.
This site is part of the Nation's Capital Underwater Park.
